Know your Identity .

There Will Be 4 Identity Types in This Recovery. Which One Are You?-
The pandemic is likely to have both long- and short-term implications for mental health and substance use. Those with mental health concerns pre-pandemic, and those newly affected, will likely require mental health- and substance-use services. Keeping this in mind, you must know where you sit on the mental-health continuum to understand how it is affecting you physically. When people undergo traumatic stress either mentally or physically, it creates a pattern within the body that soon emanates into psychological and biological side effects. You can now track where you fall into this continuum by taking an Identity Quiz on how well you are coping with your current situation.

Your goal is to ensure your physical and psychological energy stays above a 50 percent charge, the state at which you become a conscious creator and feel motivated, focused, and driven to achieve your goals.
Below, you're going to learn which identities we need to be most concerned about and what you can do to change your identity to help you through these harrowing times.

The Defender

Defenders are depressed, anxious and struggle to make it through the day. Many will blame this on a poor mental attitude and feel they are lazy.

The Guardian

Operating at 25-50 percent of their capacity. Traits of Guardians:

1-Procrastination and criticism derail their efforts.

7-Poor diet and lifestyle choices.

8-Less energy and focus.

9-Takes longer to recover from physical or emotional events.

The Synergist

Operates at 50-75 percent of their capacity. Traits of Synergists:

1-Learning to balance willpower with sustainable energy, though starting to find it harder to maintain willpower alone.

2-Energy levels tend to fluctuate throughout the day.

3-Focus and concentration also varies throughout the day; unable to maintain constant energy.

4-They have an inner understanding that rest helps to reset the body for long-term success.

5-Relatively even moods.

6-Deliberate and conscious creators.

7-Not easily distracted.

8-Can quickly slide back into a Guardian if they fail to look after their physical and emotional health.

The Catalyst

Operates at 75-100 percent of capacity. Traits of Catalysts:

1-Greatly self-aware of how their brain and body works for peak performance.

2-Abundance of psychological and physical energy to fuel them daily.

3-Able to troubleshoot problems calmly and methodically.

4-Able to pinpoint underlying issues and correct them successfully.

5-Operates from the higher executive part of their brain.

6-Strengthens their cognition through meditation, education, supplements and a healthy diet.

7-Are society's game changers, both locally and globally.

Yes, we all can become The Catalyst, but it takes self-awareness and courage to dig deep into the root causation of your illnesses. Here are the first steps you should do to get yourself on the path to becoming unstoppable.

One think

About the The book "You are a Badass"
Enter Jen Sincero, who’s seriously rebellious and rebelling seriously against humdrum life.
You Are A Badass is the culmination of several years of helping people transform their lives from loser to happy-go-lucky and it comes packed with fun stories and valuable lessons.
My favorite 3? Here you go:
1:Decide you’ll stop caring what other people think. Right. now.
2:Figure out what you want but don’t obsess about how you’ll get there.
3:If your habits, surroundings and friends don’t support you, it’s time to change them.

1:-Draw a line :
"If people say they don’t have time for you, it just means that other things are more important to them."
How you choose to spend your time is entirely up to you, so how you distribute it reflects your true priorities, no matter what you claim they might be.
Example:If you’re aspiring to be a writer, like I am, some of the comfort you usually get from hanging out with friends will have to come from appreciating the time you now spend writing. Being serious means putting in days, months, years of work. You’ll lose some friends. You’ll go to less happy hours and football games. You’ll be laughed at. Ridiculed. Made fun of.But none of that matters if you’re happy spending time chasing what others don’t dare to: To really go for your dream, you must put your inner badass in charge.

2:What you want:- sticking with the example of writer if you want to be come a writer then  prepare  fore writing study many book select your path or content and read more articals about it .aftrr six month you are never write a single word . so what kind of dream you suggested for self. Jen suggests doing so by figuring out what you want, but not obsessing over how you’ll get there. Here’s an updated plan for becoming a writer:
1-Realize you want to be a writer.
2-Start writing.
There really isn’t much more to it. Imagine making your way through a poorly trodden forest. You’ll find and shape your own path as you go along. The most reassuring thing you can do to get the confidence to call yourself a writer is write, not seek comfort from other writers.Over time, with more and more hours of writing practice put in, you’ll get into a virtuous cycle that positively reinforces your attitude – and thus gets you to write even more. This is what actually lets you make progress towards your goal. Not planning, or debating, or strategizing.
3- Environment does'nt support you change that Environment:- means any friends , family ,area and any obsacle change your dream not support u then change it soon. whether any member cut your time and far away your writing then cut his time ang give that time to your writing voice memo. if you play tannis at morning this if loose time and intrest writing then change your routiene . i don't say its easy but it is right thing which is good for you.

                    You Are A Badass Review.
I get why You Are A Badass is such a massive hit. It’s 90% motivation with 10% tactics and calls to action, thrown in at the very end. You’ll get really revved up and ready to go – and then you’re let off your leash. What a wonderful way of setting other people up for success.
What else can you learn -
1-Where your negative beliefs originally came from
2-What the Big Snooze is and how to get rid of it
3-How to find “your thing”
4-Which attitude to take towards challenging tasks
5-Why gratitude matters
6-What role forgiveness plays
7-Two ways to deal with procrastination and hesitation
8-Why it’s okay to spend big occasionally
